Nathan

Owner/Estimator/Roof Inspector

Nathan first started Spencer 4 Hire Roofing in 2008. He currently supervises and controls all strategic and business aspects of Spencer 4 Hire Roofing. He works to implement, improve, and enforce policies and procedures to further the growth of S4H. Although Nathan is the owner of Spencer 4 Hire Roofing, he is not afraid to get his hands dirty. You will also find him giving estimates to potential clients, working with clients from start to finish on their jobs, and even doing roof work.

Donna

HR Director

Donna develops and incorporates HR policies and procedures as well as oversees the recruitment processes. She ensures that all HR activities comply with legal requirements, determines employee needs, and provides guidance for HR related issues

Chris

IT Support/Marketing

Christopher is responsible for overseeing the different advertising projects and assists in the development of creative ideas and consistent brand-specific ad campaigns. He regularly runs network and audit checks to protect the company from any security breaches and implements new software to improve the company's systems.

Tabitha

Office Manager

Tabitha oversees administrative support and the general office operation. She works with potential and current clients as well as internally with the rest of her team. She runs Spencer 4 Hire Roofing's community outreach and assists in the planning and execution of the company's events.

Taylor

Roof Inspector/Estimator

Taylor inspects the structure of roofs in order to determine the best course of action. He provides current and potential clients with estimates to maintain and/or replace their roof systems. He is knowledgeable of our different roofing systems and trained to recommend the best fit solution catered to each client's individual needs.

John

Superintendent

John is responsible for our job supervisors and all Spencer 4 Hire Roofing projects. He ensures that all projects are performed to the Spencer 4 Hire standard and are completed while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity.

Jose

Job Supervisor

Jose is responsible for assisting John in supervising all Spencer 4 Hire Roofing projects and supervisors. He ensures that all projects are performed to the Spencer 4 Hire standard and are completed while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity. He communicates the needs of the property owner to ensure the job is done correctly and left clean to our company's standards.
